I wish to present you Villa "Tereza"!
Our modern mediterranean villa of 170sq m with a breathtaking view of the sea and Brijuni islands is situated in a small fishing town Fažana, in Istria. An ideal place for family unforgetable vacation.

Fažana, the meeting place of guests, friends from all over the world has preserved the distinctive features of setting and local tradition.
The town is situated in the vicinity of ancient Pula, the port of departure for the Brijuni Islands – the national park with the attributes of “Heaven on Earth” – with its beaches, pine woods, waterfront promenades, restaurants along the sea, the perfect place for rest and recreation.This town is known through on it's everyday happenings like creative workshops, gastro ofers, antic demonstrations, selling home made products, music festivals.....

The unique feature of this house is a connection of modern and mediterranean interior decoration that gives warmness of living.
The villa is situated on a 1000 sq m lot with cultivated mediterranean plants.
Behind the house is a big barbique on wood, sink with dishes, and table with chairs for 8 so you can enjoy cooking and dining outside.
There is an outdoor shower, best for use after sea swim. Chilling on a bamboo arbour in the evening is recommended.

Ground floor is special because living room, dinning room, kitchen and terrace are one large space where you and your friends can rest, watch TV, eat and prepare food communicating with each other in the same time.
The living room has large flat tv with sat.
On the ground floor is one sleeping room for 2 people.
The other two rooms are located on the first floor - one room is for couple (2 people) and the second room has two separated beds and additional sofa for two (altogether 4 people). It's assigned to 4 kids, but adults can also sleep there. Theese two rooms have acces to upper terace which has a beautiful town/sea view.
There are 2 bathrooms, on a ground floor (4sq m) and romantic, modern on the upper floor (10 sq m). Spacious and fully equipped kitchen, living room with air condition and SAT TV is on the ground floor.


Guest Access

Closest supermarket and other shops, post office, exchange office, bank, pharmacy are located 500 meters from the (website hidden) and the restaurant with tradditionaly prepared food can be found in the immediate vicinity.
The beaches can be found all around the area, closest being 300 meters but within a walking distance.
Bikes are welcome and by bike one can reach a beach in a maximum of 5 minutes.
Interaction with Guests

Conversation with owners in English, Italian and Russian.

We live 10 mins from the house and are available anytime throughout your stay if needed. Contact details will be given during check in, helping you make the very best of your time in Fažana.

The Neighborhood

Very quiet and peacefull neighborhood where you can get daily fish from fishing family.

Getting around

The bus station is 200 m from the house and if you come to us with a plane, we are in disposition to come for you on the pula-airport.

Other Things to Note

The price includes: accommodation, tourist tax, registration fee, gas, electricity, water, internet wi-fi connection (flat rate), sat-tv, laundry (once per week towels and linen), final cleaning and trouble call 24h per day.

House Rules



A security deposit of 200 Euro is required on arrival which is to be returned on departure if there are no damages to the property other than the ones from normal usage.
Sorry, no inside pets, but there is a box outside for a middle sized dog.
