The stone castle Morosini-Grimani, the best-preserved on the peninsula and the largest building in Svetvinčenat, was built in the early 13th century and frequently renovated due to wars. Today, it is one of the most beautiful Venetian monuments in Istria. It has three towers and a palace, used for controlling the city entrances. After numerous ownership changes, it has been restored and now serves as a cultural center.
The ground floor features local products and a gallery, while the central part includes a multimedia exhibition on the history of the castle. The upper floor is used for weddings and conferences, and the top offers a view of the sea. The palace also displays the “Ferlin” collection of old weapons and offers the game “Escape Castle Svetvinčenat” for up to 35 players.
